Samir Allioui is the founder and leader of the Dutch Pirate Party which is a member of Pirate Parties International where Samir is currently serving as co-president. He is 29 and has a long history of engagement in information policy ranging from hactivism in the early 21st century leading up to his current involvement in the parliamentary aspects of policy making. He uses first person shooter games for stress relief and finds B films a remedy against insomnia.
