Andrea is an independent journalist, photographer and a communicator with experience in social justice, human rights, politics, environmental issues and traveling/culture. She is also the founder of 'The SunFlower Post', a project where young females and males from different parts of the world blog about local views with a gender perspective. As a blogger, she has written for Global Voices Online, Future Challenges and the European Journalism Centre; she has also covered various international conferences such as United Nations Climate Change Summits - COP16, COP17 and Rio+20 and Transparency International's International Anti-Corruption Conference in Brasilia.
